Mini meatloaf
Note to self, read the whole instruction and not just half. While making my little guys I sat here wondering why they seem so off and it’s because I didn’t chop the broccoli cole slaw. No wonder they looked like worms crawling out when I was struggling to fit them into the muffin tin. Ugh. This might result in take out…in ten minutes I will soon find out.
