After you spend 64 minutes busting your butt at boot camp, what should you eat? A one pound veggie burrito from Santana’s! I’m about 96.3% sure that it is on the meal suggestions from the trainer, or it is a combination of 5 meals you should eat, just not in one sitting like I’m going to do.
At Santana’s you pick four veggies (I picked 5 because I got excited) plus I got mine wet. I think wet burritos add an extra dash of flavor and requires to eat with a fork and knife like a lady. My five veggies were beans, Mexican salsa, guacamole, mushrooms, and potatoes (aka French fries).
This is a dinner and lunch combo. Love it tonight and enjoy the second half tomorrow! Shhhhh….don’t tell my trainer or he will really try to make me barf next time!
