Today was the long awaited falafel day! Sad news to report is that I give it a thumbs down. Way to much lettuce…way too much watered down “yogurt sauce”…plus a cheaply made pita that couldn’t hold any contents and not enough focus on the main event of FALAFEL. The only thing that kept my attention and my “hangry” tummy satisfied was the shared order of fries and the pickle slice. I may give New York on Rye food truck one more try, but right now is not the time to talk about it.
