I have added a few new titles in life - wife and mom. These new roles involve two other people that I spend most of my of time and energy on. To keep me sane, I plan to satisfy a craving a day. I had a desire to try this craft and the perfect opportunity arose. </p> <p>Super easy (partially) was 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup salt, and roughly about 1/4 cup of water. Mix, roll out, shape to your liking and the hard part is getting the babes to give up those five digits. Tonight chef PJ from the OC brought down pretty much the freshest and tastiest salad ever! A carnivore wouldn’t even complain there was no meat it in because it was packed with a wide variety of veggies, plus tortellinis! </p> <p>I grew up eating this salad (every time there was a new/modified version, which kept things exciting). This time was lettuce, tortellinis, mushrooms, tomatoes, scallions, cucumbers, avocado, red potatoes, white kidney beans, red bell peppers, feta cheese, and served with a champagne dressing from Trader Joe’s. It is tortellinis, orange and yellow bell peppers, red onion, feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts and parsley. </p> <p>This dish is great for lunch, dinner, or a mid afternoon snack.
