Back to the juice! This morning was a new concoction with three carrots, a handful of cilantro, four handfuls of spinach, a lemon, three leaves of kale, and half a non-juicy orange. 

I am nutrient rich with vitamin c, magnesium, calcium, potassium, B6 and folic acids.
